Athlectics Practice!
On Monday and Wednesday we had Athlectics Practice!
I Learn't lots of new tips in high jump. You Run in a J. First you jog staright and when you curve you run to get the right speed to jump high enough over a rope. My Favorite is Long jump and Running! The Teacher for this was Ms Nelson!
Tips for running is always run your with your arms
on your side. Don't forget to save energy for the
end of the race! The Teacher for this was
Mrs Dunkley and Mrs Owen
Long Jump. You Have To run Up and do a really good spring
You jump and land with your feet together! Be careful to not land on your bottom
otherwise you can be disqulified!
